Spokane, WA, US - The Perennials are Pete and Amanda Wells. Currently based out of Spokane, WA, the two have recently released their self-titled EP. Their unique sound capitalizes on strong, vocally driven melodies laid over a foundation of intricate, finger -style acoustic guitar.
